You can email us your custom engraving request at info@williamskey.com, please include your Order Number and any image files if the order was for a custom image engraving. You can also respond to the email receipt you received from us after placing your order. 

We will automatically ship your order without custom engraving after 14 days if no custom engraving details were sent (this includes free engravings in the bundle deals).

The Williams Key is meant to bend by design in order to reach more locks or even to be bent into a J-hook for panic hardware. We recommend using it like a lock picking device and never a prying tool. If you’re having to force it into a door there is a risk of damaging the door and or the tool. A flat headed screw driver or wedge can be used to gap your door for better access before inserting the Williams Key. Most of the time the key can be reset in a vice and bent back to a functional state.

You can also add a rubber washer if you're worried about the knob falling off again. Losing the knob is uncommon but a rubber washer can help secure it if it's becoming an issue.
